Sommer’s first experience with healthcare began in 2002 while working with Dr. Ramos working in various administrative and clinical roles within the practice. It was during this time that she began to build relationships with this patient population, which inspired her to continue her nursing education. Dr. Ramos' approach to medicine continues to be her passion and led her to returning to his office as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2014. She strongly believes in the importance of advocating for children’s health and needs as well as supporting and collaborating with parents to ensure optimal outcomes.

“I am so excited to start reconnecting with patients on a personal level. I have an overwhelming desire to give my patients a medical home that optimizes their health and wellness using an inclusive and integrative approach. Being a mother of three I personally embrace the idea of parental autonomy, and plan on extending that belief through the way I practice at Savannah Integrative Pediatrics.”
